Availability and prices

High season: Summer Holidays, Christmas and New Year      £1200 – £1750
Mid-season: April – July and September – October    £750 – £950
Low season: £500

Long winter weekends: From £320

Dogs are welcome – £20 per pet surcharge

From April to October lets are weekly and run from Saturday to Saturday. In winter (November to March) lets are more flexible with the exception of Christmas, New Year and spring half-term. A typical winter weekend might be Thursday to Monday.

A non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking is necessary to confirm. The balance is payable eight weeks before the break commences (or in full at the time of booking if this is less than two months prior to the start of the break).
